The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is conducting an awareness survey for medical scheme members and beneficiaries.
The purpose of the survey is to gauge their awareness about the services offered by the CMS to members and beneficiaries of medical schemes.
To achieve this, we kindly request all our members to participate in the online survey.
To participate in this project, members can follow this link. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
The closing date for participation in the survey is 25 February 2022.
Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. All the participants’ responses to the study will be kept confidential. The response will be used for statistical and research purposes and reported as a collective combined total.
