Medical aid claims and payments
At Genesis, all claims are processed within 24 hours and are paid within 30 days of receipt. All claims received are checked and audited for completeness and accuracy before payment. Members must always check their monthly statements to ensure that the services were in fact rendered.
Claims can be scanned and emailed to Genesis to claims@genesismedical.co.za
Alternatively, paper claims can be posted or hand delivered to Genesis at:

Always ensure that your claim(s) reflect your membership number clearly.
Service providers are paid directly, unless a receipt is attached to a claim, in which case we will refund the member.
Has my claim been paid?
Members that have provided Genesis with their cell phone details, will receive a SMS when a refund has been paid to them. Alternatively, login on to this website or use your smartphone app to view your personal claim details.
