Dental Claims Auditor

A vacancy exists in our Clinical division, for a Dental Claims Auditor. The position is aimed at a strong analytical individual who is self-motivated and task driven, taking full responsibility for the auditing of claims and enquiries. The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job functions:

Key performance duties include the following:

  • Auditing dental claims, applying the Scheme Rules and clinical protocols
  • Request claim adjustments from health care providers

The successful candidate must be in possession of the following:

  • Relevant work experience in Dental Auditing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
