Claims

At Genesis, all claims are processed within 24 hours and are paid within 30 days of receipt.

All claims received are checked and audited for completeness and accuracy before payment.

Service providers are paid directly unless a receipt is attached to a claim, in which case we will refund the member. 

Claims can be scanned and e-mailed to claims@genesismedical.co.za

All claims must reflect your client’s membership number clearly.
