
The Genesis smartphone app is an exciting new initiative that utilises the power of technology to improve your member experience.
It is a free, personalised and convenient tool that both you and your dependants can now use to stay in touch and up to date, managing your most important medical aid information from the palm of your hand, 24/7. And, the beauty is, you will have one less card to carry!
Your electronic membership card displays all the information which is currently displayed on your actual membership card. In addition, it also displays your membership status, e.g. “active” / “suspended” etc. Your electronic membership card can be used to display or email to a healthcare service provider.
The Genesis app can also be downloaded by all your dependants on their own personal smartphones, thus giving them the tools too to have all relevant information available at the touch of a finger. Your dependants will need your membership number and password (once-off) to login. They will have access to all the app functionalities, except your confidential claims and medical savings (if any) details.
Their app may be refreshed to update some information, in which event your password will be required again.
All main members who have already registered as a website user with their membership number and secure password, will be able to login to the app. If you have not previously registered as a website user, you can do so via the Member Login section on this page, or directly via the “Registration” function on the app.
Members will use the same password for the smartphone app as what they use to login on this website.
